Senior Billing Analyst
Job Title: Billing Analyst Job Description We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer pricing schedules, managing customer invoicing, handling supplier portals, and ensuring the accuracy of revenue through reconciliation of ERP-generated invoices. This role will also involve processing debit and credit memos, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining customer contract files, and supporting audits. Responsibilities + Maintain customer pricing schedules, including analysis of customer contracts, setup of new customer pricing tables, periodic price updates, and review for accuracy and completeness. + Manage customer invoicing, including handling Salesforce case-based invoicing requests. + Manage supplier portals such as Ariba and Coupa, including invoice upload, open PO/invoice analysis/reconciliation, and new supplier setup. + Reconcile ERP-generated invoices to source data platforms to ensure revenue accuracy, and collaborate with teams to address unbilled activity. + Process debit and credit memos. + Communicate interdepartmentally and with external customers to resolve invoice-related inquiries. + Maintain organized customer contract files and track contract details. + Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and other process documentation. + Prepare schedules and provide information to support audits. + Ensure compliance with GAAP internal controls. + Perform ad hoc projects and analysis. Essential Skills + Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics. + 3+ years of experience in billing. + Experience in pricing review, updates, and analysis. + Contract review experience. + Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as XLOOKUP and pivot tables. + Experience with ERP systems including Sage Intacct, SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Salesforce, and Great Plains. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong understanding of billing systems, accounting, accounts receivable, pricing analysis, revenue cycle, and reconciliation. + Excellent communication skills for interdepartmental and customer interactions. Work Environment The role offers a hybrid work environment, requiring three days in the office.
