Kforce has a client in Bowie, MD that is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst. Responsibilities: * The Senior Billing Analyst will manage B2B customer portfolio and reduce delinquent accounts for global customers * Responsible for responding to external customer and internal customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, discrepancies, and contract clarification requests electronically and/or by phone if necessary * Invoice creation and delivery * As a Senior Billing Analyst, you will work closely across the finance team to help improve overall processes, driving efficiency and improvement/monitoring of internal controls for tasks within billings and collections
