Job Description

As a Senior Statistician you will be the statistical leader in the cross-functional development team of one compound/indication. You will provide statistical expertise to the development strategy, decision-making, and interpretation of data generated through the clinical development program, embracing excellence and innovation among quantitative methods. You will collaborate closely with program partners and stakeholders to deliver on-time statistical deliverables for all clinical trials and/or HA submissions of one compound/indication. You will report to a disease area team leader within the Biostatistics and Statistical Modelling organization and carry out functional responsibilities in accordance with applicable company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

ResponsibilitiesLead the statistical aspects of the cross-functional development team for one compound/indication.Provide statistical expertise to the development strategy, decision-making, and data interpretation.Collaborate closely with program partners and stakeholders to deliver statistical deliverables for clinical trials and HA submissions.Report to a disease area team leader within the Biostatistics and Statistical Modelling organization.Ensure compliance with applicable company guidelines and regulatory requirements.Essential SkillsMaster or doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Statistics or related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience with a Ph.D. or 8 years with a master’s degree, including doctoral research in biostatistics.Expertise in Bayesian statistics.Experience in clinical trial design and scenario-planning.Extensive experience in the Pharma or Biotech industry.Proficiency in statistical software (SAS and/or R).Ability to explain complex statistical concepts clearly in written and spoken English.Team-player with a collaborative mindset.Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-growing biotech company.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $77.00/hr.
