UST is looking for a Senior BPM Technical Consultant to become part of our growing Business Design capability. Working with our internal and external stakeholders, this role contributes towards aligning Leonardo’s business and technology approach with the company’s strategic objectives, coupled with a good understanding of process-centric thinking, to help our clients excel.
Senior BPM Technical Consultant will have experience in BPM consulting and in BPM relational object-orientated application technologies. The role is required to engage with clients, understand their needs and provide business and technical development/configuration and support using the selected BPM tool.
The prerequisites for this role is at least 10 years BPM experience, with a real passion for BPM and BPM tools. You will need to be self-motivated, be able to work independently and with a team of Consultants and Architects and be willing to learn and have a motivation to help others achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, including planning and monitoring, or participate in client engagements where BPM and related services are delivered. Leading includes discovery, planning and delivery of services for both yourself and potentially the assigned consulting team. Participate in team design meetings, daily scrum meetings, and other development meetings. Identify opportunities to deliver value to organisations through extended Business Design capabilities and/or the application of technology. Work with team members to identify, mitigate and resolve project issues and risks. Engage directly with and respond to Business teams to ensure the solutions meets the evolving needs of the business. Work collaboratively with peer & deployment teams and staff to deliver best-practice recommendations. Participate in providing solution options during pre-sales and the business development sales process.Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related qualification and 10 years of experience in the BPM practice with a focus on architecture or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. A Minimum of 10 years’ experience in BPM and/or Business process improvement initiatives. A Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a BPM tool (SAP Signavio preferred). A significant advantage would be the ability to develop custom scripts and report scripts, do tool installations, configuration and upgrades etc. with one or more of the object-orientated tools. Demonstrate experience in business/process architecture design and development and integration in other Enterprise Architecture areas. Demonstrated experience in standards, notations, method, architecture and governance. Demonstrated experience in successful client engagement. Demonstrated experience in the successful management of small teams. Successful application of project delivery and management principles. Application of excellent presentation, workshop facilitation and conflict management skills. Business, Process or Enterprise Architecture Framework(s) and their applications. Experience with relational object-orientated tools, actively applying Architectural concepts within the tool and understanding administrative aspects of the tool.Benefits & Perks
