Reporting to the Senior Brand Director, you'll spearhead strategies and inspire a talented team to create sustainable value and unforgettable brand experiences.

What You'll Do
Strategic Brand Leadership:

 Craft and execute annual brand plans and long-term strategies using consumer insights, market analysis, and innovative thinking. Lead the development of positioning and guidelines for key brands, including Polar Ice.Be the liaison with Global Brand Owners, aligning visions and fostering collaboration Analysis/Performance tracking, including: Working closely with analysts to provide detailed analysis of brand performance and competitor activity (pricing, distribution, promotion program performance, category reviews) and update monthly reports on brand activity, competitive activity and pricing and distribution.

Campaign Excellence:

 Design and implement integrated marketing programs across retail, media, PR, and events, ensuring campaigns resonate with Canadian consumers.Adapt global assets for the local market and leverage opportunities for regionalization in key provinces.Analyze campaign performance against KPIs, sharing insights and recommendations to amplify results.

Innovation and Product Development:

Partner with Brand Owners to ideate and bring to life innovative products that meet evolving consumer needs.Oversee feasibility studies and commercialization efforts for new product launches, driving their success from concept to market.

Team Empowerment:

Inspire and mentor a team of three (2 Brand Managers and 1 Assistant Brand Manager), nurturing their growth and decision-making capabilities.Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing environment where creativity thrives.

Financial Stewardship:

Manage brand budgets with precision, aligning investments with strategic priorities to optimize ROI.Regularly monitor financial performance, offering actionable insights to maintain profitability.

What You Bring

A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Brand Management within the CPG industry. Creativity - Ability to generate, inspire and explore new and relevant ideas by thinking out-of-the-box, finding imaginative solutions and fostering a creative spirit within both the organization and external partners.Consumer Insight - Ability to develop an intimate understanding of consumer & shopper behaviors, to identity insights and trends, to capture sources of business in line with business objectives and brand strategy.A university degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.Proven expertise in brand building, strategy development, and campaign execution.A passion for innovation and the ability to transform insights into successful business outcomes.Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to guide and develop teams.Strong analytical skills and business acumen, coupled with creativity and strategic vision.Fluency in French is an asset but not required.
