What your role is We are looking for a passionate Senior Brand Manager for Häagen-Dazs Shops who, based in our Boulogne-Billancourt office and reporting directly to the Global Marketing Leader Häagen-Dazs Shops, will be responsible of: Strong understanding of France & Benelux markets, including market dynamics and consumer behavior to be able to recommend plans that are relevant locally. Lead the execution of annual brand plans to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for Häagen-Dazs Shops in France & Belgium. Take ownership of the development and deployment of all elements of the marketing mix: innovation roll-out, point of sales of material, digital communication, merchandising, promotional activities, and instore experiences. Strong collaboration with Operations Team in the implementation phase. Track business performance, evaluate marketing impact for continuous improvement and recommend course-corrective actions if needed. Manage the marketing budget. Be the ambassador of the vision of the brand in front of customers / franchisees /distributors. Collaborate with regional and local teams to tailor brand strategies to specific markets, ensuring strong alignment with global strategy, synergies with retail and making sure shops are amplifying and elevating the brand experience. Manage an apprentice Qualifications and Competencies University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 4+ years of Consumer Marketing experience with leading FMCG, hospitality or retail Excellent project management skills and great attention to detail Ability to balance multiple priorities. Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices in social media and digital advertisement Native or fluent in French,proficiency in English What you will bring to the team Demonstrate your adaptability ability and teamwork.
