We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our Portfolio, Strategy, and Performance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will contribute to the sustainable growth of our cereal business in Europe.
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will shape a strong portfolio for our cereal category and help create impactful brand experiences. Your creativity, strategic mindset, and passion for marketing will play a key role in driving the future of our iconic cereal brands. Based at our EUHQ in Dublin, this role offers a hybrid working environment.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Brand and Portfolio Strategy: Shape brand and portfolio priorities to guide marketing plans, drive commercial goals, and define a category vision in collaboration with key stakeholders. Brand Planning: Support senior leaders in the European planning cycle, delivering the 3-year strategy, annual planning, and commercial execution. Better Days Strategy (ESG): Translate Kellanova’s ESG commitment into actionable initiatives for the cereal portfolio. Brand Performance: Analyze portfolio performance across markets, identifying key drivers and business opportunities. Collaboration: Align with cross-functional teams to drive strategy, engage markets, and build relationships through proactive communication and regular brand sessions.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
Proven background in FMCG roles involving cross-functional collaboration, international exposure, portfolio management, and strategy development. Experience in local market capacities is a plus. Strong enthusiasm for marketing, portfolio strategy, brand positioning, and driving business performance, with excellent skills in influencing, collaboration, and project management. Ability to quickly adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in a European work environment is preferred.
