**Tasks & responsibilities**
+ In your new role, you will develop the future of the dermatology and oral health therapeutic areas while tailoring portfolio strategies, developing product launches including as well strategic pricing guidance, category focus, geo expansion and prioritization.
+ You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of therapeutic area/brand strategies.
+ Furthermore, you will create brand strategies and strategic initiatives for ROPU archetypes with strong focus for strategic countries. You will deep dive in the category unmet needs and clearly define what is needed to win.
+ In addition, you will monitor market trends and competitor activities to quickly adapt portfolio strategy for both Therapeutic areas.
+ You will establish clear, measurable performance goals to define success in the new categories.
+ Finally, you will be accountable for brand budget (expense budgeting) and adherence, laser focus follow up and updates.
**Requirements**
+ University degree required, master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) highly desirable
+ Highly specialized knowledge and many years of work experience in different parts of business, including Marketing roles in Local, Sales roles
+ Strong experience in pets marketing for serval years including dermatology, ideally in a global role or at least in two different countries
+ Understanding of financial metrics and analysis to assess the profitability and viability of the product portfolio
+ Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate multifunctional teams, and to drive the execution of the strategic vision
+ Ability to build a vision, engage multifunctional team to it and execute it
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the category vision and strategy to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
+ Very good command of English
+ International travelling (20-30% of your working time)
