Kforce has a client in Chesterfield, MO that is seeking a Senior BSA. Responsibilities: * The Senior BSA will collaborate with key stakeholders and Global Process Leads to understand the business processes and document detailed functional business requirements * Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and specifications for SAP configurations * Design and implement standard SAP S/4 HANA solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals * Work with technical teams to ensure successful system integration, data migration and overall SAP S/4 implementation and support it end to end * Develop test cases and execute testing to ensure SAP solution meets business requirements * Assist in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing and validate implemented SAP functionalities * The Senior BSA will identify and troubleshoot issues providing timely solutions and workarounds * Provide training and support to end users on new SAP functionalities * Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement of SAP processes and stay updated on SAP product releases and best practices
