Senior Budget Analyst
**Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future** Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Budget Analyst** to join our team at **Hickam AFB, HI** to provide budget analysis, complex issue resolution to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. **Responsibilities:** + Perform budget execution involving annual and multi-year direct and reimbursable Air Force and DoD appropriations + Perform PPBE process for the customer including POM, PBR, PB + Provide support for meetings and conferences + SPRG Acquisition Management Staff Support Budget formulation + Administer and prepare requests for distribution of funds to field organizations  + Process incoming reimbursable documents, vouchers, billings, and returns + Control and document upward adjustments and "cancelled to current" transactions + Monitor and report on obligations incurred and resulting expenditures + Oversee, update, track, and reconcile financial and budget execution information  + Obtain, compile, and summarize information for use by others + Make daily decisions concerning tracking of financial transactions and recommend solutions to complex budget problems + Provide financial advisory services to extensive and diverse customer base + Conduct software acceptance testing + Extract budget and program data from accounting records, forms and reports + Use automated budgetary system(s) and computer-generated products in accomplishing budgeting assignments + Relate need and accomplishments of the organization to anticipated/actual dollar figure of the budget **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration + 5 + years of experience using a DoD/accounting system, preferably with updating accounts, records, reports, and controls + 3 + years of relative financial experience in SAP or SCI environments + Experience performing analyses in various finance and accounting and budgeting functions + Possess a high degree of initiative requiring minimal supervision + Experience producing professional and accurate reports and documents + Exhibit knowledge and skill in budget related laws, regulations, methods, etc. to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners + Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with MS Excel and MS Word **Preferred Qualifications** + Knowledge of Momentum Financials + Experience using advanced features of MS Word and MS Excel **Clearance Requirements:** + Have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with JAFAN 6/0 eligible + Have had an SSBI conducted within the last 6 years **Travel Requirements:** + Two (2) trips to the mainland from Hawaii are anticipated with a duration of one (1) week each to include travel days. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time + Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
