Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Budget Analyst in Washington, DC. Primary duties for this role include: * Budgeting for federal contracts: invoicing, draw-downs, reconciliations, burning rates, etc. * Funding grants, budgeting, monitoring time, submitting quarterly work * Working with multiple types of contracts - scheduled, fixed assets, T&E, cost reimbursable, etc. * Contractual Budgeting - treating all federal budgeting as cost reimbursement and budgeting out labor * Federal Grants Management - generate revenue in response to expenses incurred * Performing trend/financial analysis' - reviewing raw data and determining trends/burn rates and explain how they apply to different contractual terms
