Our focus on our people, culture and capabilities allows us to make a difference for our clients and the communities we serve. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Prepares proposals and establishes project financial budgets + Performs project contract drawing reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.) + Attends pre-construction meetings and document discussions + Reviews and reports on project mock-ups + Performs periodic site visits and utilizes a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items + Performs field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.) + Manages and coordinates small and large projects + Conducts business development to secure revenue-generating projects + Clients management + Mentors junior staff + Participates in continuing education + Performs various office-related tasks **Qualifications** **Your Capabilities and Credentials** + Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects + Project management experience + Ability to work in a team environment + Strong customer service commitment + Excellent communication and documentation skills + Professional attitude + Commitment to succeed + Pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is a plus **Education and Experience** Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field Minimum 6 years experience in building science consultation or equivalent knowledge of building envelope systems Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
