**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Prepares proposals and establishes project financial budgets
+ Performs project contract drawing reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.)
+ Attends pre-construction meetings and document discussions
+ Reviews and reports on project mock-ups
+ Performs periodic site visits and utilizes a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items
+ Performs field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.)
+ Manages and coordinates small and large projects
+ Conducts business development to secure revenue-generating projects
+ Clients management
+ Mentors junior staff
+ Participates in continuing education
+ Performs various office-related tasks
**Qualifications**

+ Pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is a plus
**Education and Experience**
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field
Minimum 6 years experience in building science consultation or equivalent knowledge of building envelope systems
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
