Senior Business Accountability Specialist - Policy Implementation Lead

Wells Fargo is seeking a senior Business Accountability specialist to support Consumer, Small & Business Banking’s (CSBB) Policy Management,  Regulatory Change Management,  Compliance Risk and other Risk Management programs. This role will be a member of the CSBB Risk Transformation & Governance (RT&G) team in India providing support across these programs through related activities across all relevant geographies.


In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of metricsDetermine areas of strength and opportunities within scope of workReview and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectationsUtilize independent judgement to guide moderate risk deliverablesPresent recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the businessExercise independent judgement and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a business groupCollaborate and consult with peers, leaders and managementGather and review documentation required to meet policy or regulatory requirements


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in policy management (including policy and procedure writing, policy implementation and business process management)Strong project management skills, time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong consulting skills, including the ability to build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate departmentStrong stakeholder management, including the ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetingsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of the organizationAbility to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and managementAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team membersAbility to execute in a fast-paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple and changing priorities
