Salary 2 200 €/gross per month + Variable bonus

Job Description:
We are seeking a self-reliant, responsible, solution seeking and flexible colleague to join our team in Bratislava. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, from pre-signature phases to post-signature project management. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial law, public procurement law, and experience with FIDIC contracts.
Your tasks will include:
Pre Signature Phase:
Monitoring of public procurement portals and informing management about relevant tenders; Support for the project team during the bidding phase, including the assessment of tender documents and conditions; Ensuring compliance with tender requirements; Drafting contract documentation and support the internal approval process; Assisting the Legal team in negotiating and finalizing contracts and amendments.Post-Signature Phase:
Managing contract administration for assigned projects; Summarizing contracts and key obligations with the project team; Participating in regular project meetings to discuss project progress; Preparation of B2B contracts with subcontractors; Maintaining communication with clients and subcontractors during project execution; Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, including notification and reporting requirements; Managing potential claims, including documentation and record-keeping.What We Expect:
Economic education or Master’s degree in Law is an advantage Over 3 years of experience in large construction projects as contract/claim manager; Background and keen interest in Commercial Law and Public Procurement Law; Experience with contracts based on FIDIC conditions is an advantage; Fluent in English, including legal terminology; Knowledge of German is a clear plus but not required; Experience in a corporate environment is an advantage; Proficiency in MS Office; Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team; Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.Benefits that promote work-life balance:
