Responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, defining requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance user experience, improve operational efficiencies, and deliver impactful solutions aligned with organizational goalsPreferred skills
In-depth knowledge of consultant sales journeys, and life operationsProven experience in digitizing end-to-end Point of Sales and service processesStrong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagementComprehensive understanding of software development methodologies such as Scrum and AgileFamiliarity with business processes and change management practicesExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsFluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.Qualifications
University graduate or aboveMinimum of 6 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a strong focus on business analysis or related rolesAgile methodology certification is preferredResponsibilities
Analyze and Optimize Processes: Study, evaluate, and identify areas for improvement in consultant end-to-end sales, onboarding, and service processes across diverse channelsDefine Business Needs: Lead and facilitate discussions to ensure that business and functional requirements are well-articulated and effectively address organizational goalsDocument Requirements: Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for system implementation and operational processesEnhance Practices: Define, enhance, and maintain best-in-class business analysis methodologies and practicesGovernance and Quality Assurance: Manage and approve change requests while adhering to project governance standards, ensuring high-quality deliverablesDigital Asset Support: Provide comprehensive support to multiple distribution channels for all digital platforms and assetsProactive Recommendations: Offer actionable insights and recommendations to business and product owners to drive continuous improvementStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and partners to implement system enhancements that meet business needsTraining and Support: Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.Job Category:
