Position Overview
The position is part of the enablement organization, with the primary charter of driving system/process changes that make our organization more effective. The position will primarily be tasked with engaging with key stakeholders, cross-functionally, to identify and document business challenges. The position will be largely focused on Salesforce.com enhancements/projects that may impact other enterprise applications. For prioritized initiatives, the individual will act as a project lead, ensuring business requirements are thoroughly documented and user stories are created and reviewed with the development team. The individual will partner closely with stakeholders and system development teams through implementation. At the time of implementation, the individual will support change management initiatives with impacted stakeholders including communication and the coordination of training/how-to materials.

Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the business process enablement life cycle, including and especially the documentation of detailed business requirementsGuides the successful completion of major programs or projects. Generally, acts as a project lead, but may manage as neededAbility to engage with stakeholders to understand and document business challenges and desired outcomes. Drive in-depth discovery sessions to troubleshoot complex processes, functional, and application issues and manage these through to resolutionApplies advanced technical principles; theories and concepts; and a high level of creativity in identifying and defining business needs for complex business initiativesContributes to the development of new principles and conceptsDocuments detailed business requirements and converts requirements into creation of user stories and acceptance criteria that will be leveraged by development teamsApplies advanced skills to analyze and establish one or more approaches. Evaluates alternatives and explores the adaptation of policies, procedures, standards, techniques, and technology to meet specific needs and provide for the best solutionEnsures nominated approaches fulfill business objectives, resolves problem statementsPrepares impact analyses and conducts feasibility studies on highly complex technology and business initiativesExamines detail, classifies, and breaks down information into constituent partsConducts inspections to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and proceduresProvide regular readouts to executive sponsors re: project scope, status & timelines and facilitate conflict resolutionCoordinate or participate in the creation of test scripts with business stakeholders or end usersActively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or coordinate UAT efforts with end-user resourcesIn alignment with implementations, support pre-prod validation, and change management communication/training to ensure enhancement is understood by all impacted stakeholders (i.e., how/how/when/WIFM, etc.)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Technology related field or relevant experienceAdmin-level experience working within an Agile environment (Jira, Confluence)At least 5+ years of Business Analyst ExperienceA strong analytical approach to business process design with emphasis on cross-functional interdependencies and efficienciesStrong verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred: 

10+ years' experience in a related field with demonstrated direct experience documenting business relationships and driving business transformation efforts5+ years of Salesforce.com experience documenting/refining business requirements. Candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce.com process flows and objects SFDC Admin Certifications Industry experience in Payroll/HCM or SAAS

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $85,100 - $158,100/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
