As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work with the brightest minds in the business and find yourself digging deep to find the solutions to help people live healthier lives. You'll be responsible for analyzing, reviewing and forecasting data for operational and business planning to impact the health care system.
This position will support the Finance department and Corporate Campus team by coordinating and completing various projects. This role involves making presentations to management on project updates, project cycles, and expected results. The Sr. Business Analyst ensures projects are completed on time and within scope, facilitating communication across departments to drive cross-department collaboration.
*This is a hybrid position within the San Antonio market.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and complete projects for various Finance Teams (HCE, FP&A, Revenue, and Central Financial Strategy and Data Analytics)Ensure deliverables are met by deadlines Facilitate meetings and working sessions Accurately document and capture meeting notes and action items Support Finance leadership team with ad hoc deliverables Serve as the business point of contact for the Corporate Headquarters
Partner with the Facilities Manager and UHG Real Estate team on deliverables Address employee and leadership inquiries Serve as a point of contact for onsite Business Segment Liaisons (BSLs) Facilitate communication across departments to enhance collaboration Work independently without continuous guidance from leadership Balance competing priorities effectively Understand and resolve complex issues Serve as a resource to others Regularly communicate progress Perform all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business/finance analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Proficient in MS Excel pivot tables, pivot charts Proven excellent oral and written communication skills Proven strategic planning and annual business plans and goal setting Proven ability to interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of leadershipPreferred Qualifications:
