We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our Data Foundation Project, one of the most important OKRs for the company that will shape the future of our data collection processes.
As a BA you will engage with internal customers, define and design new features, understand the business need and work closely with the technology team to deliver these features.
Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder liaison and managementConnect and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to analyze and understand current end to end business workflows, organizational and operational challenges for each areas in order to be able to incorporate them in the proposed solutionsIs responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions and be part of the decision making processTechnical solution focusUnderstand the processes and platforms and propose technical solutions and/or workflow improvements to fulfill the business needs from different teamsLeads discussions with stakeholders from different teams to present the proposed solution, negotiate possible changes and come to an agreement with all stakeholdersRequirements analysisUnderstand the data collection processes for the assigned data classHas high level understanding of the upstream and downstream data flows (from universe management to document retrieval and ratings construction) for the assigned data classCreate user stories following Scrum guidelines (including relevant acceptance criteria) for the functional and technical requirementsPrepares documents including design flow and wireframesReview the test cases to make sure they cover all the relevant acceptance criteriaSupport the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on-budgetProject acceptance criteriaEnsure the solution is implemented according to the requirementsEnsure user testing preparedness, execution and bug prioritizationEnsure issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner
Qualifications:Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated expertise in understanding complex business processes and assessing the impact of business requirements on data flows.In-depth understanding of financial markets and corporate-related data.Extensive experience in translating business needs into technical requirements for development teams.Proven success in stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.Strong collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a high-performing team.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Master’s or bachelor’s degree in related discipline - business, finance, scienceProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
