Senior Business Analyst

Fujitsu is looking for a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst to join an application maintenance services team to perform business analyst duties for ongoing application development and support. This is a great opportunity for someone with significant experience working in a customer facing role to gather, document and work with development teams to implement the application changes as requested. The individual must have a strong background in working directly with customers, documenting business requirements, functional testing and liaising with developers to support implementing the design.

Mandatory Skills:
Candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills working with both clients and team members - Min 8 Years Candidate must be able to understand business processes and articulate in business terms - Min 8 Years Demonstrable experience communicating technical concepts to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences - Min 8 Years Candidate must have a flexible approach towards meeting client needs - Min 8 Years Experience in Business Analysis and Functional Design on large teams and projects - Min 8 Years Demonstrable experience conducting presentations, effectively leading meetings and facilitating workgroups with diverse business interests to reach consensus - Min 8 Years Experience with requirements gathering, documentation and traceability - Min 8 Years Experience writing and reviewing Functional Specifications - Min 8 Years Experience in the process of Business Process Modeling including creating and documenting - Min 6 Years Experience creating UML diagrams and documenting the meaning behind the diagram - Min 4 Years Experience in an Enterprise Architecture project/environment - Min 4 Years Exposure to project management processes and procedures - Min 4 Years Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision Must possess a positive and willing attitude, self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision Must be able to manage priorities and multiple assignments Experience in estimating Must have a quality-oriented mindset and approach Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills) Must be able to identify issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviationDesirable Skills:
Experience working with the public sector. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM in general. Experience with public facing applications and application support.Other Requirements:
