Insight Global is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support a fortune 100 oil and gas client in Greeley, CO. This individual will be assisting the Digital team with two main projects and will be responsible for providing project management, business analysis, business process management, stakeholder engagement & change management, presentation & communication and continuous improvement for each. The first project is centered around data governance and add/change/delete operations & the second project will be centered around deployment of a new business application. This is a hybrid role and will require this individual to be in the Greeley office 3x per week from Tues-Thurs while Mon & Fri are WFH. This is a year-long rolling contract with opportunity to be extended for multiple years. Hourly pay range is starting at $55-60/hour with opportunity for higher pay pending background/skillset.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management:
Lead and manage business analysis projects from initiation through completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Business Analysis:
Meeting owner, responsible for managing meeting administration, timing and follow-ups. Attach relevant pre-reads where needed, include pre-reads with the meeting invite.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Presentation and Communication:
Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project updates, analysis findings, and strategic recommendations.
Use storytelling techniques to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement and Change management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback, share outputs of meetings to relevant stakeholders
Share the teams vision and mission across the organization
Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Foster a community of learning and development and growth mindset

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and project management.
Business Process Management:
Collect, interpret and analyze current and desired states of processes within the organization
Conduct process discovery, mapping, modeling, simulation, and evaluation to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Support the following phases of the business process lifecycle; plan, design, model, implement, monitor and optimize
