We will count on you to:
Serve as the source of knowledge concerning business processes, best practices and documentation standards
Lead workshops to identify opportunities, understand impact and help design global solutions
Partner with local teams to understand nuances, drive change and enable adoption of global solutions
Drive standardization of processes, operating model and user experience across business solutions
Take accountability for designing solutions, establishing the business case and obtaining buy-in
Build strong working relationships and support design of the business function
Help communicate best practices and changes to stakeholders at middle management level
What you need to have:
Very strong analytical skills and proactive can-do attitude
Proven experience in process mapping, business transformation in a global setup
Insurance or Financial Industry experience
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent spoken and written English
