Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Boston, MA. Responsibilities: * Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with product owners and other business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements * Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and validate requirements * Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories * Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, use cases, and business rules in Confluence and SharePoint * Assist in the development of wireframes and prototypes * Log and manage tasks, user stories, and defects in Jira * Work closely with the IT managers, architects and developers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and verify fixes for defects * Establish clear acceptance criteria for features * As a Senior Business Analyst, you will perform usability testing to ensure user interface designs meet user needs * Document and track defects and participate in defect triage meetings * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies across IT * Foster a collaborative and positive team environment where empathy for and responsiveness to business stakeholders is key
