About our Team:

Join a team of skilled Business Analysts in the Risk Professional Services organization who leverage industry leading fraud solutions to combat fraud globally. We collaborate with sales teams to craft solutions combating fraud and identity risks, empowering our clients to maximize transactional value.

About the Role: This position is a senior-level position that will work with one or more Business Units, supporting multiple complex assigned projects aimed at delivering IT solutions and services that meet company cost, quality, and strategic targets. The role will predominately focus on gathering and analyzing work group data, defining current processes and requirements, researching best practices, and identifying and documenting process improvements and Techno-functional specifications.

***This is a hybrid role requiring team members to be in the Alpharetta, Georgia office 3 days a week***
 

You will be responsible for:

Recommend feasible product and platform improvements to enhance operational efficiency and meet business and customer needs

Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions that align with business goals and consider technical constraints

Mentor junior team members and fulfill cross-functional initiatives on behalf of team

Lead the development of workflows, templates and process documentation

Analyze, define, and document complex requirements and business processes

Develop complex systems specifications, process flow, and conversion strategies

Create complex Process flows, technical and functional user documentation

Contribute to the development of new tools, processes, and solutions to meet desired product needs

Follow established business processes, protocols, and quality standards in the development and deployment of complex solutions

Maintain stakeholder expectations and raise appropriate issues to project managers as necessary

Develop “trusted advisor” relationship with senior stakeholders through effective communication and efficient, quality execution on projects

Gather business requirements, perform gap-analysis and translate business requirements into user stories/techno-functional specifications

Review Quality Assurance test cases and scenarios for completeness and support QC team throughout implementation

Identify and document process improvements and functional specifications based on research of best practices and analysis of work group data

Perform analysis on existing systems; identifying options for potential solutions and assess for both technical and business suitability

Manage change and defect processes to ensure seamless project execution and quality assurance

Lead stakeholder training sessions and deliver effective presentations.

Work between remote development teams, internal IT, and business to ensure requirements are being met

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of IT business analyst experience
• BS/BA degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required; ISEB-qualified Business Analyst preferred. Master’s Degree with Information Technology background preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proven experience and technical knowledge of complex systems architecture, data models, APIs, API testing software, databases, data interchange formats and web-service related technologies (such as SOAP, REST, XSD, WSDL, XML, JSON etc.)

Skilled in identifying key risks from system changes and collaborating to implement effective mitigation strategies

Strong knowledge of conceptual data modeling, UML, data flows, data analysis, and data processing

 IT research, software analysis, and design skills

 Strong facilitation skills; ability to facilitate workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Expertise in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories/techno-functional specifications on complex or large projects

Proficient in an agile environment and using recognized software development methodology, e.g., Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN to support business, development and QC teams throughout the software development lifecycle

Broad understanding of software development platforms, tools, and languages

Strong verbal and written communication skills that allow for effective communication across all levels of the organization, including process documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Office products
