Senior Business Analyst

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join the Leadgen team at Pennymac. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our marketing campaigns, developing and refining multi-touch attribution models, and building sophisticated lead scoring models. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams to provide data-driven insights that drive business growth. A Typical Day + Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution models to understand the effectiveness of various marketing channels and campaigns + Build and refine lead scoring models to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates + Analyze marketing campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization + Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies + Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their data needs and provide them with relevant insights + Proactively identify and explore new data sources and analytical techniques to enhance marketing effectiveness + Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner What You’ll Bring + Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field) + 7+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing analytics or a related field + Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Snowflake for data extraction and manipulation + Proficiency in R or Python for statistical modeling and data analysis.
