The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing complex business problems, identifying solutions, and driving key initiatives across various functional areas. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to define business needs, gather requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of business solutions. **Responsibilities:** **Requirements Gathering & Analysis:** + Lead the process of gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis. + Identify business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. + Review existing documentation, such as process flows, system requirements, and reports, to understand current business practices and uncover requirements. + Develop use cases or user stories to describe how the end-users will interact with the system or solution. + Conduct as-is studies, perform gap analysis, and document both the current and future states. Compare the current state ("as-is") with the desired future state ("to-be"). Demonstrated experience in analyzing and designing business processes in sales, customer service, logistics, warehouse and procurement. Experience with building use cases to meet business requirements.
