Act as overall subject matter expert for configuration functionality on the QNXT Platform to support the successful implementation of new business strategy. Research and recommend methods to improve or implement necessary changes in a prompt and efficient manner. Role performs with minimal to no supervision.

Acts as the primary contact to provide answers, perform research or any other activities required to answer questions in a timely manner. Is the lead subject matter expert and holds the primary relationship with peers and business. Perform walk-throughs of configuration design and testing results to obtain necessary approvals to move forward into implementation. Acts as a configuration resource for all projects.

Completes deliverables independently and within an agile team setting. Coordinates responses to both external and internal audits.

Required understanding ofand experience related to healthcare claims payment configuration process/systems and its relevance/impact on network operations. Role will need expertise in Medicare regulations, QNXT configuration related to pricing, benefits, provider data, claims configuration, and surround systems that support accurate adjudication

• Comfort with SQL programming, MS Excel preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage preferred.


 

Job Summary

Summary
Responsible to support users to understand complex clinical and business workflows, define functional requirements, convey requirements to colleagues engaged in software design and configuration activities, execute test scripts and user acceptance testing, and provide software support services. Responsible for evaluating and documenting existing business processes and recommending optimization efforts to re-engineer processes accordingly.
Essential Functions
-Document and analyze complex business processes and workflows to drive business process improvements and ensure accurate system configuration.
-Identify and recommend best practices for business analysis, training, and end user support functions.
-Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling to inform / influence business decisions and project planning.
-Collaborate with architects and program managers on roadmap planning and prioritization.
-Develop and execute user acceptance testing plans including creation of test cases.
-Communicate status of various team efforts to leadership and stakeholders, including preparing presentations.
-Mentor and train junior team members.


 

Qualifications

Education Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Licenses and Credentials Experience experience in information technology, working with business or clinical systems 5-7 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. - Excellent documentation skills. - Experience conducting data analysis, creating detailed reports and using data to influence outcomes / business decisions.
