Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst, IT Product Management, will support the entire software and solution product lifecycle. This includes scoping, requirements gathering, development, rollout, and ongoing optimization. The role ensures alignment with strategic goals, market needs, and delivers value to dealer customers, agents, and field sales teams. The Senior BA will work closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, sales, marketing, claims, operations, accounting, IT product managers, IT engineering, and the enterprise program office. This role can pay anywhere from 75-95K depending on expertise.

Skills and Requirements
5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience writing User Stories using Jira.
Proficiency in pivot tables, V-lookups, and mockups in Excel.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Basic data understanding and proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
Experience working with a matrixed team on large complex initiatives.
Focus on dealer, lender, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to execute to KPIs and drive outcomes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly analytical, process-oriented, collaborative, and creative.
Ability to manage ambiguity and demonstrate perseverance.
Intrinsically motivated, resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in the F&I industry (highly preferred).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and software development tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).
Knowledge of database management and basic SQL.
CBAP and/or CCBA certification.
Automotive F&I experience. null
