Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and technical specifications * Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical documentation to guide system design and implementation * Compile, analyze, and document technical data and infrastructure requirements, ensuring all workgroups can access accurate and actionable information * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system designs, and test cases * Lead and facilitate multiple strategic infrastructure workgroups, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment across business units and IT teams * Organize and moderate regular meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive decision-making, ensure objective completion, and resolve issues * Act as the primary point of contact in vendor meetings, ensuring that vendor deliverables align with project timelines and quality standards * Manage vendor relationships, facilitate product pilots, and drive performance assessments * Review, analyze, and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and project requirements * Coordinate contract negotiations and liaise with legal, procurement, and vendor management teams * Regularly engage with business leaders, project sponsors, and technical teams to relay project updates, manage expectations, and mitigate risks * Prepare and deliver presentations, status reports, and project insights to senior management and key stakeholders * Provide quality customer service and serve as an exemplary representative of Information Systems * Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and implement best practices across the digital transformation program * Evaluate existing systems and procedures to recommend enhancements for greater efficiency and effectiveness
