We are seeking an experienced Senior Business and Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Six Sigma (Greenbelt), Voice of the Customer (VoC), technical documentation, and possess a high degree of business acumen. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, optimizing processes and driving organizational efficiency. Responsibilities: + Define and document business needs and goals, translating them into technical specifications. + Conduct Voice of the Customer (VoC) activities to gather and analyze customer feedback. + Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems and processes. + Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions. + Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to optimize performance. + Lead project management activities such as project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. + Train users and stakeholders on new systems or software solutions. + Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. + Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system workflows. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. + Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role. + Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. + Strong understanding of Voice of the Customer (VoC) methodologies. + Excellent technical documentation skills. + High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. + Strong project management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: + Experience with CRM systems and mobile application development. + Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement process improvements. + Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and other visualization techniques. + Familiarity with industry-specific projects and technology stacks.
