What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst working close to one of our main clients in banking sector. You will work closely with the Functional Lead, UX Designer, and QA Specialist, ensuring that business needs are correctly defined and translated into product requirements. Your role will be key in aligning different markets, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and ensuring the delivery of a scalable and compliant wealth management solution.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
Work closely with the Functional Lead and stakeholders from different markets to Identify, define, and prioritize business needs. Translate complex business requirements into dear functional specifications for development teams. Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are properly integrated into the product. Collaboration & Documentation. Create detailed user stories, workflows, and process documentation. Act as the bridge between business teams, UX, and developers, ensuring clear communication. Work with the UX Designer to guarantee that user journeys match business expectations. Testing & Quality Support. Collaborate with the QA Specialist to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate solutions before release to ensure alignment with business goals.What UST expects from you?
Experience in Wealth Management & Banking Deep knowledge of business processes, regulations, and financial products Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience in agile environments Scrum, kanban Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools Good spanish level Good english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams.Work Location
100% remote within Spain.
