C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BPO Coordinator) to join our Global Forwarding BPO team in Chennai, India. In this role, you will focus on maintaining operational data integrity, ensuring data quality, tracking KPI metrics, and improving process efficiencies. You may be tasked with responsibilities specific to a customer, vertical segment, or a centralized operations centre. The Senior BPO Coordinator will also assist with workflow management and task delegation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance
Analyse trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue & cost, process accuracy, process timeliness, process efficiency & Quality
Develop and maintain Quarterly and Monthly business metrics, reporting, & presentations
Partner directly with third party BPOs and Analytics / Automation team to collaborate as needed on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
Create ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities efficiently.
Communicate ideas and viewpoints on various opportunities to the senior management / Leadership teams
Collating data from Third party BPOs and create monthly Pivots, Charts and Commentary to Leadership team.
Collating monthly Data from various Business line sources and update in Power BI dashboard.
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned accordingly basis the Business requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree from an accredited college/ university
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing and analysis of large data
Proficient in working on Ms Excel, Power Point & Power BI
Proficient in working on creating dashboards / Balanced scorecards
Strong analytical skills, Interpersonal skills, Analytical Ability, Problem Solving skills, Commercial acumen
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
Relevant work experience in the Freight forwarding industry
