Senior Business Analyst - Commercial Excellence

SCOPE OF ROLE 

 

Regal Rexnord is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our IPS Commercial team in Milwaukee. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and assessing deployed functionality, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to enhance business performance.   As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to create a feasible implementation roadmap for our best-in-class products.  

  

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Direct a cross-functional team to manage (review, document and implement) Salesforce CRM new features and enhancement requests. 

Lead and manage strategic initiatives representing the Commercial Sales team to ensure alignment and continuity. 

Investigate, document requirements, recommend and implement additional capabilities with alignment and agreement of Salesforce Platform owner. 

Lead, manage and optimize business process reviews for any new mergers/acquisitions. 

Develop deep understanding and knowledge of all revenue enablement tools and integrations in the Salesforce platform.  

Work with cross-functional Commercial Excellence Partners to provide analysis and important business insights that can help drive action and prioritization within the Sales Team. Be the liaison from ideation to implementation. 

 

The Business Analyst should possess the following skills and competencies: 

Business acumen – specifically Power Transmission Sales and/or Sales Operations Management 

Strategic 80/20 Mindset 

Ability to drive change transformation and disciplined #CI mindset through the organization. 

Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to achieve business objectives. 

Project management experience leading cross-functional teams. 

Understanding of Salesforce CRM, BI Tools, Showpad, Imparta and other digital enablement tools in RRX portfolio 

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. 

 You’ll work as part of a team and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree  

Experience: 5+ years of experience, in Sales, Sales Management or Sales Operations/Excellence 

3+ years working in and with Salesforce.com Lightning UI platform. 

Ability to adjust to varying priorities, must be flexible and able to manage more than one project/task at a time. 

Highly organized and detailed oriented 

Proven history of leveraging analytical skills to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver actionable insights. 

Comfortable with Database creation and operations and the ability to manipulate copious amounts of Data. 

Proven experience of driving improvement and efficiency in commercial environment  

Above average verbal and written communication skills 

Flexible, hybrid work location balance 

Travel:  <25% 

Language:  English 

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization
