We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst.
Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for capturing, analysing and documenting business requirements, creation of epics and writing user stories and managing product backlogSupport with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirementCreates analysis of customer journeys and product functionalitySupport the business owner to prioritise product backlog by providing insight based on business knowledge, investigations, and analysisResponsible for investigating operational issues, problems and new opportunities. Provide initial high-level options for solution design, factoring feasibility (commercial, business, technical, delivery, etc.) and business / change impactManage the delivery of complex customer experience enhancement initiatives from design through to releaseWork directly with various stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, Process Designers, IT, and Digital teams to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and deliveryEnsure risks and issues are identified and managed closely and remove project delivery blockersDrive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standardsContribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projectsDevelop various project documentation to stakeholders (e.g., Project Plan, Status Report, Implementation checkpoints)Supporting the delivery production line (development, testing and implementation) ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers
