This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, 2 days per week in the office. 

Job overview and responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst - Digital Products is a member of a focused product team that performs business analysis tasks using techniques that enable a highly iterative delivery approach of continuous requirements identification and just-in-time definition of requirements. They will be working with motivated teams on highly visible and valuable customer-facing digital products. This position requires an excellent communicator with outstanding analytical skills in order to collaborate with business users, technology teams and leadership in an Agile environment.

This role will focus on the following products:  Inflight Wi-Fi connectivity; portal and entertainment.

·         Business Insights and Analysis: 

·         Conduct deep-dive analyses into complex operational and customer experience data to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights. 

·         Apply predictive analytics to forecast future product scenarios and advise on potential business impacts.

·         Tool Proficiency: 

·         Effectively use analytical tools such as Power BI, Kibana, and UDH to gather and interpret data, supporting business decision-making.

·         Collaboration with Collaborators: 

·          Translates high level requirements into detailed level requirements (user stories) to be consumed by the development & quality assurance teams in each sprint, while ensuring stories and features are added iteratively to the product to add overall value.

·         Project Management and Methodology: 

·         Apply Agile methodologies to manage multiple digital onboard/analytics projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and timely delivery of outcomes.

·         Presentation and Reporting: 

·         Prepare and present reports to senior management detailing findings, with clear visualizations and strategic recommendations to guide business decisions. 

·         Collaborate

With developers to ensure that Onboard Wi-Fi analytics tools and systems are developed in alignment with both the technical roadmaps and business strategies. Simplify the communication bridge between product collaborators and technical teams to support effective implementation and ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

Qualifications 

Required 

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Technology or related field

·         Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Ecommerce or travel related business analysis role.

·         Proven track record of delivering actionable business insights and managing digital products.

·          Solid understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and standard processes.

·         Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, particularly Scrum, SAFe and Kanban.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable reports and presentations.

·         Proficiency in data analysis and analytics, including the ability to interpret and communicate insights from data.

·         Familiarity with Figma and Zeplin

·          Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Preferred

·         Master's degree

·         Solid knowledge and experience with Inflight Wi-Fi and onboard entertainment

·          Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies like SAFe, Scrum or Kanban.

·         raining or certification in analytics tools used in analysis, such as Power BI or Kibana, is advantageous

 


The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
