Summary C2 ALASKA, LLC Washington, DC The Business Analyst III Senior Office of General Counsel shall provide the United States Securities and Exchange Commission Office of the General Counsel with high-level analyst, training, and development support related to MS 365 and other technical services. Responsibilities Work with OGC staff to analyze data in existing systems and applications. Draft a current-state assessment of data in existing systems and applications and a future state of data in existing and proposed systems of applications with appropriate guidance from OGC staff. With appropriate guidance from OGC staff, draft guidance to assist OGC staff in organizing records and electronic data for transfer, archiving, or deletions related to future state systems and applications. With appropriate guidance from staff, create training guides and provide technical training for staff on M365 applications, including SharePoint Online Teams and OneDrive. For example, show users how to copy/move files from the C: drive to the network storage drive and OneDrive (cloud storage). Produce quality work and effectively manage priorities. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma Minimum six (6) years of relevant technical experience Minimum three (3) years of training/development and writing experience Ability to provide a favorable credit history. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS 365 applications, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. Experience in using Excel to create pivot tables to analyze data Experience training staff in MS 365 applications, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. Ability to create informative step-by-step how-to guides using the Snip & Sketch tool or a similar tool and train users (as a group or one-on-one) based on the guides created. Proficiency with records management fundamentals such as organizing records and electronic data in preparation for transfer, archiving, or deletion to assist others who are new or less familiar with troubleshooting technical issues and addressing questions. Skilled in creating presentations and customizing slides using PowerPoint. Experience drafting, reviewing, proofreading, and editing various correspondence, policies, and documents using MS Word. Ability to learn new technical functions and features and convert knowledge into training. Possess strong organization and collaboration skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and desire to mentor others at all levels. Ability to multi-task and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
