Senior Business Analyst - Product ( Hybrid ) ( Overland Park, KS )
The main function of this role is to help alleviate the pain points in the Product Intake process for Business Development, Account Management, and Operations. Today’s process the Product team plays a passive role in the Intake process and are only brought into the conversation if there is an issue or question. The proposal is to have the product team manage all the product Intakes across the business. Involving the Product team upfront will alleviate some of the unnecessary Intakes that are logged. It will facilitate open conversations and bring a level of understanding of what our clients/users are asking for from the Product. It will also allow the Product team to represent all parties in the estimation meeting alleviating that time commitment from multiple teams. This would be a hybrid role with Project Management, BA, and Product skills needed. Requirements + This position will be responsible to lead all the of Intake/Idea meetings with Business and Operations teams. + Document the Intake results and action items + Responsible for attending and representing the Product needs to IT during estimation. + Log all the Product Intakes on behalf of Business and Operations + Tracks the Product lifecycle from Intake to delivery. + Assist in measuring the Intake outcomes + Facilitate prioritization meetings across all stakeholders(voting, cross collaboration, etc) + Provide full transparency on the priority across all Products. + Manage relevant dashboards using Smartsheet and JIRA (including aging, priority, lifecycle, outcomes) + Ability to write User Stories + Ability to clearly articulate the Business and User needs. + Ability to clearly document requirements and use case. + Responsible for working with other Product BA to log and track Product User Stories Benefits + Supportive, progressive, fast-paced environment + Competitive pay structure + Matching 401(k) with immediate vesting + Medical, dental, vision, life, & short-term disability insurance + AssistRx, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
