Senior Business Analyst (System Administrator / EDI Specialist)

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the administrative tasks and the oversight and prioritization of future enhancements for ERROW, the Returns reconciliation system. Administrative tasks include, but are not limited to, processing load files, identification and resolution of defects, supplier and customer maintenance, and periodic audits. This role coordinates with the business team to gather requirements and understand desired functionality to effectively communicate the requirements to the stakeholders in IT. The Senior Business Analyst will also be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of EDI 812 transmissions, providing support in conversations with internal and external stakeholders, and other ad hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Ownership of ERROW

Upload Monthly & Ad hoc debit memo files from each Reverse DistributorCreate and maintain supplier and customer informationInvestigate bugs within ERROW to help IT pinpoint failure pointsReview various errors within the system and work to resolve themAssist in delivering training and creating training materials as needed

2. Project Management for ERROW

Cultivate and deliver clear acceptance criteria on development requests to IT to ensure the business needs are metReview and sign off on IT deliverables and create user acceptance testing plan pre-releaseAssist IT with mandatory audits and create business side contributions to deliverables

3. EDI 812 Transmission Onboarding and Maintenance

Onboard suppliers to their desired level of EDI 812 transmissionEnsure EDI 812 (Credit Memos) are prioritized by our Supplier partnersReview transactions on regular cadence to ensure we identify any issues proactively

4. Data Analysis and ad hoc requests

Review files from Reverse Distributors to ensure accuracy Understand data structure and provide guidance for the best way for other analysts to access the specified data, as neededValidate accuracy of source data in deliverables

5. Communication with Stakeholders and Leadership team

Maintain requests via Salesforce within Service LevelProvide high level updates for various projects or initiatives, as needed

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$71,200 - $118,600
