Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as deputy to segment CFO at different forums. Support in managing various P&L’s to deliver against budget. Work with local entities to identify and analyse root cause of variances. Make financial recommendations to local finance directors and segment CFOManage initiatives tracker on monthly basis, working with local entities to provide progress updates and identify bottlenecksPrepare/support investment committee capex request casesDevelop meaningful budget models and projections in conjunction with the operating unitsMonth end responsibilities: book transactions on SAP. Produce cost centre reports for sign off. Demonstrate key drivers of performanceAd-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by CFO/President

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Economics, Math or Engineering majors required.

Work Experience:

5 to 6 years financial experienceSystems experience (eg SAP, BI systems)

Language / Communication Skills:

Excellent command of both written and spoken EnglishMust be able to effectively and professionally communicateMust have excellent written and oral communication skills

Geographic Responsibility: Belgrade / Europe

Travel %: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
