This is a full-time, individual contributor role reporting to the Technical Sales Manager. You will be based in Bangalore, India, and will require travel up to 50% of the time.
As a Technical Solutions Executive, you will collaborate with the Sales Executive to drive incremental annual recurring revenue (ARR) by translating customer challenges into technical solutions that provide outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop Account Plans
Collaborate with Sales Executives to validate customer success plans and execute strategies for closing business and driving expansionCoordinate with global account resources to ensure technical closure and alignment with sales strategiesBuild Customer Relationships
Develop an in-depth understanding of customers' business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to build trusted advisor relationshipsStay current with technology trends and AEC domain workflows, positioning the value of Autodesk solutions for new and existing customersLead Technical Discovery and Value Engineering
Guide technical discovery, help formulate requirements, scope documents, and assessments for sales opportunitiesLead Value Engineering workshops to uncover business issues, drivers, and initiatives, aligning Autodesk solutions to deliver outcomesSecure Customer Closure
Work closely with key customer stakeholders to secure business and technical closure for proposed solutionsManage technical evaluations, product demos, and pilot projects while ensuring the feasibility, correctness, and completeness of proposed solutionsCollaborate with Internal Teams
Develop trusted working relationships with the sales team and other internal resources, overseeing them to ensure alignment with account objectives and customer satisfactionUse a Sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline, record prospect information, and manage ongoing customer relationshipsMinimum Qualifications
Education: A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a reputed institutionExperience: 10+ years in the AEC industry with expertise in Autodesk solutions like Revit, Civil3D, and Autodesk Construction CloudBIM & Industry Workflows: Experience in BIM and associated workflowsSales Experience: Experience in customer-facing presales/Technical Sales roles will be an advantageThe Ideal Candidate
