Our differences and uniqueness are celebrated and reflected in our wide range of Global Employee Networks. **Job Overview** The **Senior Business Development Manager, KSA** will report to SVP of Business Development and will be responsible for driving business development, expanding market presence, and building/expanding strong client relationships to expand market share and demand for Jensen Hughes service offerings in KSA. A technical background relevant to Jensen Hughes services, deep industry knowledge, a strong established network & client base , and proven track record of securing high-value contracts will be the critical requirements for this role In this role , you can be based in Jeddah , Makkah or Riyadh and will be responsible for meeting Sales & Business Development targets for KSA This role offers an exciting range of opportunities to develop your career within a supportive and diverse team who always strive to do the right thing for our people, clients and communities. **Responsibilities** + Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts + Drive profitable sales expansion with a focus on acquiring new and re-engaging with dormant accounts, while growing existing clients + Gather and analyze market and industry intelligence, metrices, and trends to determine customer needs + Identify opportunities early in the sales cycle to ensure maximum share of wallet for Jensen Hughes + Deliver business development related presentations, negotiate, and close business while working in coordination with location business development resources + Provide positive representation of Jensen Hughes to the public, customers, vendors, and to all employees through membership in professional organizations, serving on company project teams, conducting employee meetings and visiting work areas while ensuring company representation at industry association meetings to promote company and the services offered + Prepare reports and presentations showing sales volume by sector, region, location, potential sales, and areas of proposed business development /client base expansion + Manage quotations and achieve sales goals by converting, retaining and penetrating accounts while working closely with other sales roles and utilizing technical support to maximize sales and business development + Lead access and persuasion steps in sales process, including qualifying, relationship building, needs evaluation, solution development/presentation and closing + Identify full customer needs to uncover additional opportunities + Build and maintain a working knowledge of Jensen Hughes service offerings, participating in training/coaching opportunities. **Qualifications & Experience:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant Engineering field along with **10+** years of demonstrable business development & sales experience related to Safety / Security along with an established network of clients in KSA + Strong understanding of technical aspects related to Fire protection, Fire Suppression, Life Safety, Security along with proven success in relationship building, networking, and enhancing client relationships while attaining BD/Sales targets at a country level + Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership abilities along with proven track record in securing large contracts and partnerships and established connections with industry stakeholders and decision-makers + Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community, with customers and within the company + Ability to interface with clients, win new work and determine their requirements managing proposals development including cost estimates, work plan and terms and conditions + Ability to travel over 75% of the time; some overnight travel may be required **Why you should join Jensen Hughes** + You will work on exciting, challenging and at times groundbreaking designs and projects with market-leading clients whilst having the backing of a leading international firm. + There is continued support from the senior leadership team with a measured and flexible approach to carrying out day to day activities. + Career advancement with an established framework is in place – clearly defining expectations and outlining opportunities for advancement. \#LI-SR1 **_Jensen Hughes is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
