Job Category

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team as the Senior Business Development Manager within our Banking vertical. In this role, you'll take charge of the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closing—while leveraging your extensive network and deep understanding of banking and financial services products. If you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in identifying and cultivating high value partnerships, negotiating high-stakes deals, and driving business outcomes, this is your opportunity to shape our sales strategy, expand your own book of business, and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

    Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the GM of Banking to develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy. Take full ownership of the deal cycle, from initial prospecting through to contract execution, including forecasting, internal communication, and smooth handoff to the Account Management team. Lead the process from proposal to contract, managing contract drafting, redlines, and negotiations with a focus on efficiency and quality. Manage all phases of a sales cycle lasting 1-3 months, ensuring prompt advancement from prospecting to successful deal closure. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, working with creative teams to develop compelling marketing decks. Innovatively uncover opportunities and strengthen new partnerships.  Provide exceptional communication and customer service, establishing yourself as a trusted thought partner to our clients. Offer market intelligence and product feedback to internal stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

5+ years of experience successfully closing large opportunities with prospective advertisers. Existing experience in the banking sector is a strong advantage. Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals. Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand partner needs and develop tailored solutions. Expertise in negotiating contract terms and closing deals. High level of executive presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, driven, and passionate about closing deals.  Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, or similar applications. Established industry relationships and experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders is a plus. Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time. The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 USD to $145,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.   #LI-REMOTE
