We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Each patient is treated with compassion and respect at Harmony United Psychiatric Care. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patients' needs.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead acquisition sourcing, manage acquisition portfolio, and close deals alongside In-House Counsel, source contract referrals/conduct profits development, and ongoing referral management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and acquisition sourcing, managing client relationships and high-level account development, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role is critical in ensuring the organization’s visibility, relationship/referral retention, and expansion. Experience in healthcare acquisition or healthcare business development is preferred.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, including at least 3 years on an acquisitions team or sourcing on buyer side, with a proven track record of driving and closing mergers and acquisitions
+ Candidate must have a master’s degree
+ Strong understanding of healthcare industry and management and improvement of referrals within the healthcare industry
+ Understanding of insurance contracts in healthcare industry and preferred employer contracts
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
+ Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals
Responsibilities:
+ Identifying new business opportunities, and lead acquisitions/source from buy-side mental health practices or providers that are selling or looking to transition their practice
+ Developing growth strategies, building referral relationships, and driving revenue by generating leads, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to secure new clients and partnerships, ultimately contributing to the company's overall growth and profitability
+ Create and implement comprehensive strategies to promote the organization’s brand, services, and products across various platforms driving acquisition and word of mouth
+ Foster clear communication across departments to ensure alignment on growth goals and profits with Marketing Team
+ Oversee and manage expansion and acquisition budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and proven ability to close deals
+ Track expenses and adjust strategies as necessary to remain within budget
+ Develop and execute targeted business development aimed at securing patient retention as well as referral source retention and management
