We're a fast-growing manufacturing SaaS US Office that connects businesses in the manufacturing industry with the resources they need to succeed. What your days will look like: + Prospect and qualify leads generated from marketing activities + Build relationships and schedule meetings for our sales team with qualified leads among leaders in the manufacturing space. + Conduct in-depth account and contact research to identify priority targets. + Execute outbound outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS) to nurture and convert marketing-generated leads. + Act as a liaison between marketing and sales, providing feedback and insights to optimize lead generation and qualification processes. + Own the "last mile" of outbound communication for all marketing initiatives. + Maintain meticulous records of leads and their engagement in Salesforce. + Stay up-to-date on manufacturing and SaaS industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements What will a successful Sr. BDR bring to the table: + 5+ years of experience in a BDR, LDR, SDR, ADR, or MDR role within SaaS and/or manufacturing. + Proven track record of success in B2B sales in SaaS products, preferably with verticalized SaaS solutions. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. + Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers. + Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Expert in Salesforce’s CRM software. + Experience with outbound sales tools and techniques.
