We are looking for a Senior Business Development & Strategic manager to lead the development and success of partnerships and business development of Adtech.
The role thrives at the intersection of advertising, data, technology, and agency relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Explore and execute new ad campaign deals.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g. product, engineering, marketing, operations, project management, legal) to ensure partnerships are effectively utilized across the organization.
Establish and maintain relationships with Ad Agencies. Owns relationships with decision makers at agency holding company and operating company levels, in order to successfully build and maintain a steady flow of ad sales pipelines.
Deep understanding in ad tech and HP's value proposition and effectively articulate that value to our clients.
Strategically partner with adtech vendors (e.g. DSPs, SSPs, Ad servers, etc.), ad measurement and identity companies, third-party data vendors, and more
Develop strategic partnerships with publishers, media companies, and more.
Lead dialogue with sales leadership, with major clients about their media insights needs and opportunities.
Manage complex customer relationships and initiatives with considerable impact, act as a trusted advisor on an external and internal level.
Negotiate complex partnership contracts.
Work with internal product solution team together to further develop HP's ad offerings.
Education & Experience Required:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business, Advertising, Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Minimum 10+ years of work experience, preferably in an adtech or advertising sales industry.
Experiences in ad sales, buying, and account management.
Background in brands, agencies, advertising technology companies.
Highly self-motivated with get it done mentality.
Distinctive problem-solving and data-driven analysis skills, combined with sound business judgment.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects.

The base pay range for this role is $137,000 to $200,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
