Senior Business Execution Administrator - Legal Document Routing

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator as part of the Service of Process Team, of the Legal Business Solutions Section, of the Legal Strategy, Innovation & Administration Division Team. This individual will read and interpret legal documents and route them to the correct contact timely and accurately. You will follow our workflow guide and maneuver through 1,100 routing rules, utilizing 27 systems/tools and resources in order to locate the WF relationship and route the document to the correct team. In this role, you will: Provide support to a specialized area within the Legal Department using a high degree of analytical, communication and organizational skills.


In this role, you will:

Support the operations of a specific business lineAdminister programs, projects, or processes specific to the businessManage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programsPerform business operations that are administrative in natureFacilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operationProvide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partnersCoordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policiesInteract with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiativesProvide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Corporate legal or law firm experience

Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, deadline driven environment while balancing multiple emails/documents

Ability to follow workflow guides, processes and maneuver through the ever-changing routing rules

Working knowledge of the following systems/tools/resources: Hogan, eCaR, Passport, eDocs, CSC Navigator, Fidelity/LPS/MSP, Arrow, Store Vision Platform (SVP), WCIS, West Law, Pacer, County Recorder Websites, National Information Center (NIC), and NETROnline

Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Customer service focus with the ability to respond to email requests in a timely and legal appropriate manner

Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate potential risk

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills

Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly

Proficient in drafting and proof-reading emails utilizing proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling

Ability to classify documents and route high importance documents first and then standard

Strong attention to detail, including the ability to read and interpret legal documents, accuracy in locating the Wells Fargo relationship and routing the documents timely and accurately.

Effective in building partnerships and working for the success of the team

Full time Hours 9am-6pm CST (Required to work until 6pm Central)

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$23.13 - $49.38
