Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator to support our Consumer Direct Wealth and Investment Management Mortgage Team. In this role, you will:
Support the operations of the Wealth and Investment Management mortgage team
Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs
Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Private mortgage banking industry experience
Experience working with high-net-worth clients
Sales environment exposure; preferably in Wells Fargo's Home Equity or Mortgage sales Group
Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business
Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
Receive direction from supervisors
Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, one week in office and one week remote
Willingness to work on-site at the location(s) listed on the job opening
Site hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm CST
