In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Essential Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes, systems/application support.Banking and Finance Domain Exposure.Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test script management and execution, UAT testing experience for enterprise scale systemsThis is a Hybrid Support process hence the efforts would be distributed among Application support, User Provisioning and TestingCRM systems experience focused on Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics highly desired.Strong customer service focus validated with relevant experience. Actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions.Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI to extract reports.Familiarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRAExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities are must.Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Content Management and credit/loan origination system support, knowledge and testing highly desired.Strong programming skills in python to extract, manipulate and analyze large amount of data.8+ years of experience with above skillsetsBachelor’s degree or higher in /engineering/finance

Desired Qualifications:

Experience supporting or partnering with teams while building strategy involving various team members at various levels and lines of business.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critical to success.Ability to work independently and to self-manage / motivate.Prior knowledge of Banking and Corporate And Investment Banking (CIB) products.

Please Note: Flexibility is expected to work in Rotational Night Shifts and periodically support as On-Call or weekend release activity.

              Shift Timings: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern)

                                            6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern)
