Senior Business Execution Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant


In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Job Expectations:

Experience with Low Code / No Code build out, additional experience including reconciliations, workflow, and OCR preferred.1+ years of experience working with the Xceptor tool.Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of the organization.2+ years’ experience working within the Financial Services industry.Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership.Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment.Experience effectively assessing stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels including executives, managers, and SMEs.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deploy soft skills to move work forward despite challenges.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with ability to evaluate data and draw meaningful business conclusions.Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Thrives in fast-paced agile, dynamic environment and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously.Adapts to changing priorities and excels in ambiguous scenarios with a mindset to continue moving forward.
