In This Role You Will

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives of the Operational Risk Management (RCSA) activitiesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations Manage task delivery timelines through clear and complete communicationResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership  Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience    Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures   Strategize, consult, collaborate, influence, and manage projects / products involving leaders, executive management, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners in evaluating, documenting, and articulating business requirementsConduct complex data analysisArticulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and managementIdentify and recommend strategic data solutionsConduct root cause analysis of identified issuesCreate clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic “storytelling” skillsDesign complete process flow documentationLeverage Agile Methodology

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

2+ years KYC/Financial Crimes experienceExperience with RCSA, issues management, corrective actions, control design and implementationWorking system/platform experience with HOGAN, Cornerstone, WCIS and EPICKnowledge of the product management disciplineAbility to navigate ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset, create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive changeExperience creating and managing roadmaps, strategies, and products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market deliveryAbility to operate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex environmentAbility to create strong professional partnershipsExperience designing process flowsExcellent Organizational skillsExcellent verbal, written, executive and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple high priority, high complexity, and high-risk efforts simultaneously.Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirementsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams, and SharePoint) skills
