Senior Business Execution Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant


In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metricsDetermine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of workReview and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectationsUtilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverablesPresent recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the businessExercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of businessCollaborate and consult with leaders and executive managementProvide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience

Desired Qualifications:

Proficiency with Business Intelligence technologies (e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc.)Practical experience with Object Oriented Languages (Python preferred)Experience with agile delivery and writing agile user storiesExperience in the financial services industryManage multiple deliverables end to end and ensure timely executionDevelop data models integrating multiple data sourcesUse analytics capabilities to solve complex business problemsDesign and develop reporting solutions by leveraging agile principles and incorporating stakeholder feedbackPerform detailed analysis of financial, risk, regulatory and other dataDeliver valuable work products that enable CIB business leaders to make more effective decisionCreate and maintain detailed documentation to support project deliveryStrong analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication and inter-personnel skillsExperience working US hours

Job Expectations:

University degree in Business or related disciplineExperience with Agile Project Management tools (e.g. Jira, Rally, etc.)Operational control analysisExperience with integration / functional testingStrong understanding of data quality and data modeling fundamentals (including SQL, etc.)
